Qualifications:

Technical Skills

SQL (highly preferred)

Familiarity with SQL would be very beneficial. A certified skill here would be great to see.

Python (preferred)

If someone has SQL and python experience, I think in order to acquire these two skills there is a lot of implied knowledge to get here that would be beneficial.

Plus, not a requirement.

Snowflake (plus)

Snowflake would be a plus if anyone has familiarity. It is not an issue if they do not have experience.

Excel (plus)

If a candidate has keywords like XLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH in their Excel experience, that would be great.

The range in market for Excel skills is incredibly wide. I would be fine with someone with more experience in other areas, as this is an easy skill for me to teach.
