• Answer inbound payroll support calls and emails assisting managers and employees with questions related to payroll discrepancies, vacation balance, wage statements and W2’s
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and IT on complex payroll issues and procedures relating to payroll, time and attendance, and/or leave issues and research
• Ensure and maintains strict confidentiality of employee data and information
• Provide exceptional customer service to support questions from employees and HR Service Desk regarding Payroll and HR.
• Attend meetings and training as required to remain current on processes and procedures
