PAM Engineer (Delinea Secret Server / JEP)

Job Description

Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining privileged access management platforms with a focus on Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP). Supports integrations across databases, applications, ServiceNow, and network devices while ensuring secure credential management, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain reliable PAM operations.

Must‑Haves

• Hands‑on experience with Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea JEP
• Strong understanding of privileged credential lifecycle management and PAM security best practices
• Experience integrating databases, ServiceNow, and network devices with PAM vaults
• Ability to troubleshoot PAM issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve system problems
• Familiarity with out‑of‑the‑box PAM integrations and customization options
• Experience submitting and managing firewall requests
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical teams
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations for after‑hours support
