The Project Coordinator will support the Sales and Project Management team in achieving monthly and yearly objectives by managing multiple sales and project scopes simultaneously. This position will provide high-level administrative assistance to customers, sales representatives, distributors, project managers, and and factory partners by offering timely and accurate information related to products, pricing, freight quotes, and order status. The Project Coordinator will enter and manage sales orders through engineering, manufacturing, and shipping phases, ensuring all timelines are met and communicated clearly. The coordinator will track and analyze project performance using the company’s CRM system, submit weekly status updates to distribution customers, and troubleshoot any issues that may impact project progress. A key responsibility includes managing integrated projects for California’s DSA-regulated sales, requiring detailed documentation, inspection coordination, and steel tracking. The Project Coordinator will also assist with special projects, cross-train with other departments, and maintain momentum across all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
