Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of the Databricks migration.
- Manage the backlog for the Digital Data & Analytics team.
- Work with another Product Manager and stakeholders including analytics partners, data science teams, and business users who need Databricks enablement or ad-hoc metrics.
- Support a team that creates data assets for business reporting or data science models.
Oversee two main functions:
- Large migration to Databricks — partner with a technical expert; focus on strong project management (PMP not required).
- Day-to-day management of the data products pipeline — interface with a broad set of digital stakeholders (order management system, website transactions, etc.), approx. 20–30 stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management for Databricks adoption: stakeholder updates, issue mitigation, and maintaining engagement.
- Maintain momentum on the digital data function, which recently transitioned from an engineering-owned area.
