The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager with the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects across the DFW area and other regions in Texas. This person will help manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders while maintaining clear communication with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners. They’ll attend project meetings, take and distribute minutes, and assist with monthly financial and budget reviews to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. The APM will typically support 2–3 projects at a time, proactively resolving issues, tracking progress through Procore and Bluebeam, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date. They’ll occasionally step in to run meetings or represent the PM when needed, contributing to a collaborative, solution-oriented, and professional team environment.
