The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for multifamily residential projects across Texas, including the DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio markets. This role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment—ranging from detailed plan and document reviews to coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and developers to refine budgets and scopes. The Estimator will take full ownership of assigned projects, performing cost analyses, developing comprehensive breakdowns, and providing value engineering recommendations to ensure bids are both competitive and precise. Success in this position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout all phases of the preconstruction process.
