Business Analyst

The Business Analyst supports the Business Transformation team as the data point of contact for analysis and reporting needs. This role is rooted in data—leveraging reporting, KPIs, and process metrics to improve performance, increase automation, and unlock efficiencies across the content delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, and brings a structured approach to decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

     Partner with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Tech, Product, Engineering, CDI, and Content Operations) to define, document, and analyze workflows and delivery pipelines.

     Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that monitor key operational and partner health metrics (e.g., time-to-launch, delivery SLAs, reprocessing rates).

     Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or recurring issues across the supply chain and develop data-driven recommendations to address them.

     Translate business requirements into functional specifications that can be actioned by technical teams.

     Define success metrics for newly launched tools, workflows, and process changes, and establish feedback loops for iterative improvement.

     Present actionable insights and performance readouts to leadership and partner-facing teams.

     Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation, process maps, and RCA logs.
